Q - How Do I Place An Order?
A - You can order using the shopping basket facility in the online store, which will allow you to pay online securely through Paypal, or by posting us a cheque. Only Sterling cheques can be accepted, we are unable to accept any foreign currency payments.

If you choose to pay online via Paypal, once you checkout you will be directed to the secure Paypal site to complete your payment.

A - We are only able to accept credit/debit cards through Paypal. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to use them. Simply enter your card details when requested, and your payment will be processed securely.

Q - Where Do You Ship To & How Much Will It Cost?
A - Currently, we ship to the UK & Northern Ireland only. Delivery for orders under £20 costs £4 Orders between £21 and £50 attract a delivery charge of £6. Orders worth £51 - £250 are charged at £15 for delivery. We do not charge for delivery on orders worth more than £250.    

Q - What do I do if my order doesn't turn up?
A - Most products are usually delivered within 28 days days but the process can take longer from time to time. Please contact us if you do not receive your items within this period so we can help to trace your goods.

Q - What happens if my goods are faulty or damaged
A - Please return the item to us via recorded delivery including a small note explaining the reason of return within 14 days. As soon as we receive the item and it has been checked, we will either refund your card or send a replacement.
